Elexalde currently has 3,000 M2. of surface dedicated to the manufacture of furniture. We have some of the most advanced equipment in the manufacturing industry, including the latest in numerical control machinery
B.A.Z. (Homag), which has two machining tables, allowing machining and edging in two pieces simultaneously, saving time and improving quality.
Our central offices have more than 400 M2., where we develop, budget and plan the most complex jobs requested by our customers, using state-of-the-art software.
Since our creation, we have given special importance to a complete operational efficiency and respect for the environment. We are increasingly demanding in our processes and quality controls ISO 9001:2015. Our company, located in a natural environment, has a modern biomass system, which helps to heat our production facilities as well as part of the machinery; in this way we help reduce waste to landfills, and avoid greater traditional energy dependence.
