ORDERS
Orders should be addressed to the commercial agent of the
area. Previously placed phone orders should be confirmed in
writing.
TARIFF
All prices are listed in Elexalde«s current price list exclusive
of VAT. Small orders will be despatched to customer carriage
forward.
WARRANTY
Elexaldeâs products are backed by a 24-month guarantee against
faulty workmanship or defective materials from the time of
delivery. Elexalde shall replace faulty products at no cost
to the Customer. Warranty however does not cover damage due
to misuse or manipulation by non authorized personnel.
SPECIFICATIONS
Elexalde reserves the right to alter the specification of
the products without prior notice and without liability on
the part of Elexalde to the Customer.
TERMS OF DELIVERY
20 days must be allowed for delivery from receipt of order.
Goods can be dispatched within a shorter period of time when
previously stated and confirmed in writing.
JURISDICTION
Any litigations shall be governed by the Basque laws and the
parties submit to the jurisdiction of the courts of Bilbao.

The mentioned General Conditions shall be governed by the applicable laws of Spain. Elexalde Carpentry.com reserves the right to take legal action against those whose conduct could constitute a breach of these Conditions. The use/misuse of this site for other purposes rather than those specified on the site content shall be governed by the Basque laws and tehe parties submit to the jurisdiction of the courts of Biskay.

Furniture |

We offer a wide range of wood
finishes (varnished and painted) and melamine, allowing
us to manufacture any kind of furniture, panellings and
office divisions either with square or post-formed edges.
Our product can be sold by the components or assembled.
Final assembly of the product is performed by our specialized
staff.
Elexalde supplies among others first office furniture manufacturers: Dynamobel, Ofita,
Roneo and Kemen Haworth.
Beside distributing, we have our own line of manufacture. |
