M0100. Thickness calibration line: consist of two calibrating machines one superior and one inferior. Minimum thickness of finished material is 6mm. Maximum width 1205mm.

M0301. Machine for cutting to size of the cleats (push and cut saw): this machine is cutting incoming plywood strips with the proper width or length to plywood cleats with final length or width.

M0401. Machine for drilling of holes and making grooves: this is a special machine made for drilling holes on transversal plates of the normal and reinforced standard secondary boxes and for drilling holes and making grooves on longitudinal plates of the normal and reinforced standard primary boxes. With this machine is also possible to drill holes on transversal plates of almost all "H" type secondary boxes and to drill holes and make grooves on transversal plates of almost all "H" type primary boxes.

M0402. Carrousel for assembly of transversal and longitudinal plates: this is a special machine made for assembly of transversal plates of the normal and reinforced standard secondary boxes and for assembly of longitudinal plates of the normal and reinforced primary boxes. Incoming material: cleats made with push and cut saw, drilled transversal plates or drilled and grooved longitudinal, plates, glue, staples, fibber glass strips. This machine consists of a rotating table with six stations: the first station is for positioning and gluing of cleats, the second station is for positioning of transversal or longitudinal plates, the third station is for stapling cleats against plates, the fourth station is for cutting and gluing fibber glass pads, the fifth station is for evacuating finished plates and the sixth station is for changing of tools.

M0302. Machine for making combs: this is a machine for making combs for primary boxes.

M0403. Machine for stapling of Invar tongues: this is a special machine made for stapling of discontinued Invar tongues to transversal partitions of 24mm thickness. The machine can staple discontinued Invar tongues not only for standard boxes but also for the special boxes too (in one word for all existing primary boxes).

M0405. Corner angles cutting machine: this is a special machine made for cutting corner angles on Bottom plates of secondary boxes and on Bottom, Cover and Second Cover plates of primary boxes. It can cut either one or two comer angles in same time.

Box assembly and filling line number 1: this is a special line made for assembly and perlite filling of the NO96 insulating boxes. The line consists of preparation part, initial box assembly part, box filling part and final box assembly part. The preparation part is for preparing jig pallets for next type of boxes to assembly. The initial assembly part is for joining of vertical plates and inner partitions between themselves, for joining the cover plate with vertical plates and inner partitions, for labelling of the boxes and for joining the second cover plate with first cover plate in case of reinforced primary boxes. The box filling part is for calibrating in height of the boxes and for perlite filling of the same. The final box assembly part is for closing the boxes by joining the bottom cover with vertical plates and inner partitions. Line number 1 has two perlite filling stations installed in parallel permitting perlite filling of standard boxes with two stations or perlite filling of standard boxes on one station and perlite filling of special boxes on another station in the same time. The line has also an automatic box weighting system on both perlite filling stations weighting and calculating the perlite density in 100% of the boxes. The line shares with the line 2 an automatic perlite loading system. AIso has CAD/CAM software for converting a CAD drawing of the boxes to the language of the robots.
